Mioche and Rosie are both from Pignon, a small northern town of Haiti. They have been married since March 2000 and have two children, Darcy (son) and Miolie (daughter). The Rocks joined New Mission Systems International in 2003 through their friendship with Scott Walker, then a NMSI board member. Mioche attended Minnesota Bible College, presently Crossroad College, in Rochester, MN and graduated there in May 2001 with a B.A in Pastoral Leadership and a B.S Biblical Studies and Theology. Mioche then moved to Lincoln, IL in 2002 to attend Lincoln Christian College and Seminary. Mioche graduated from Lincoln Christian Seminary in May 2005 with a M.A in Church Planting/Church Development. The Rock family moved back to Pignon, their hometown, for full time ministry in December 2005.
